I tried many but don't have an absolute favorite. Bitbox maybe is the one I would trust the most and with maximum functionalities (especially for multisign). Not a huge fan of how you must unlock it but you are not suppose to use it daily I guess. Also I'm not sure I would trust seed backup on SD only, maybe a paper or metal seed as second backup would bring me more peace of mind if I had to use it for large amount.

A signing device, like Specter DIY is also cool and has interesting options too.

Finally in some cases you might not even need one, an USB flash with tails might also do the job if you use it properly.

Most important in any case is the backups management. Make sure you triple check everything and play out what would happen in all possible scenario that are more or less likley to happen to your situation.
