Obesity is more of a food quality problem than a calorie/food quantity problem.

Try getting fat on steak, potatoes and eggs. Hard.

Try getting fat on donuts, French fries and cookies. Easy.

Food quality is KING. Improve the quality of the food you eat and thrive.

You can get fat on raw milk. Being fat on animal based foods is actually good for you as it protects your organs from toxins.
