My latest Function Health lab results claim I've knocked another 5 years off my biological age and am now a decade "younger" than my chronological age.

Sorry, haters, looks like you're not getting rid of me for a very long time!

Feels good, doesn’t it? :))

What do you feel was the biggest contributor to that? Besides losing weight. Any biohacking?

Improving sleep quality with a cooling mattress and cutting out alcohol.

I've also started taking nattokinase to improve my cholesterol profile.

I am sure you have access to great providers, but if they haven't brough it to your attention, Boston Heart Diagnostics has good cholesterol profile blood tests.

Nice! What’s been most effective?

Improving sleep quality with a cooling mattress and cutting out alcohol.

Which cooling mattress? I've done open loop water cheap ones and I have a bedjet now, both have pros and cons.

Keep going,@npub17u5dneh8qjp43ecfxr6u5e9sjamsmxyuekrg2nlxrrk6nj9rsyrqywt4tp. Shoot for age 0. Never stop disappearing.

What lab panel are you using

Just their standard panel and then throwing in a few extra tests around cholesterol and testosterone.

How do you like Function? I've been debating giving it a try.

Do they try to sell you supplements and stuff based on your results?

So far so good. Unlike many other testing services they don't try to sell you supplements. They just try to upsell you on more advanced tests. I did end up doing the MRI for $500 which I felt was totally worth it.

hmm ok, good to know!

It's after you die.

These bio age tests ... how solid do they correlate with actual longevity? Do they share their formula? Would they bet on these results?
