What’s your take on daily coffee consumption?

Not terribly much.

A big glass of cold brew with raw skimmed milk, 1/3 cup of maple syrup, and a tsp of full mineral salt.

Probably <500mg caffeine all before noon.

Sometimes I add real cinnamon, cocoa powder, or collagen.

Yea moderation seems wise. I’ve been meaning to cycle off it every month or two to reset the tolerance but haven’t found the resolve yet

Why the salt?

Minerals are incredibly important and if you don't eat restaurant or processed food then it's pretty difficult to get the right amount.

Because I add a 1/3 cup of maple syrup, I can absorb quite a bit of minerals.
