Using a VPN to access the app and still get the same message. Not sure how it is determining you are in the US, but it's not by IP.
I was able to use a VPN in another country and it would let me download the app in the App Store.
I didnāt download it but thatās true if they might not let me access info still.

No. That error is all you get. The law that banned it is pretty insidious as it imposes fines on service providers such as cloud hosting, etc, if they continue offering services to TikTok beginning tomorrow.
