If you're in an aird environment, a makeshift swamp cooler can be made with a fan and a wet towel.
Oof… hope you can keep cool-ish m8.
Maybe run some towels under cold water you can put around your neck to cool off.
I’ve got a small portable air-conditioner that helps a bit.. Fortunately I’m not back working yet so I’ll probably go out and find somewhere cool later on when it gets really hot!
