If A/C isn't readily available, running your hand under cool water can cool off your whole system (due to so many near-surface capillaries in the hand).
Stay hydrated no matter what your environment controls are. Air conditioning exhust is dry air.
I’m not looking forward to it when the air conditioning at home is broken.. Hopefully it is getting repaired tomorrow.
If you're in an aird environment, a makeshift swamp cooler can be made with a fan and a wet towel.

Maybe run some towels under cold water you can put around your neck to cool off.
I’ve got a small portable air-conditioner that helps a bit.. Fortunately I’m not back working yet so I’ll probably go out and find somewhere cool later on when it gets really hot!
