Logical fallacy. False dichotomy. Both are problems.
Sure, let me rephrase: Culture is mostly responsible for education outcomes, not money. Nothing happens without money, but activist teachers, feral students, ghetto schools, all of these things are mostly attributed to culture and values (or lack thereof).
It's easier to blame money though.
Speaking of money, in EE you would live like royal families. Here the minimal hourly pay is ≈$8. This mean that the prices for everything are much lower (except the gas)
I hate all the gay stuff the most in the American education system.
It's not even about the gay stuff. If those interviews of random teenagers, who don't know where Spain is is true, then the situation is really really bad.
To be fair, they don't live in Europe. Your teenagers might not know where Quebec or Guatemala is. But our might because they are closer to where they live.
Alright, I might not have chosen the right example. But not knowing where a continent is not that good.

I also forgot to mention that in this interview there were some students who didn't know what the Declaration of independance do or when was the USA founded.
Idk, these kinda videos rub me the wrong way. In any given population you will have dumb asses. You can ask enough people a question and find people who don't know the answer. Then only publish the dumb videos to make the whole group look dumb. I remember people doing it to millennials like 8 years ago when they were in college. But you could ask the same question to random college people and they would recite who text books. The YouTubers would ignore anybody who gave good answers. The UD education system is far from best but we generally are taught the contents. It's hard not to know where they all are by fourth grade.
Maybe you are right. The only way I can tell what the US level of education is is by those kind of videos and social media. From what I understand it isn't good at all. Still not knowing when your country was founded as a graduate is kind of eberassing
