In Ayurveda, fasting is ideal for kapha predominant constitutions. Generally, vata or pitta do better with a mono diet fast ( fruit or kitchari...)

Resting is part of the fast. It's a good time to reflect, journal, be in nature and meditate. Unplug ๐Ÿ™
