There must be other phones. I have the 2021 iPhone SE
staring at your phone screen is far worse than staring at your laptop.
(and is much more likely to cause headaches + eye strain)
why? The flicker (PWM) frequency is problematic.
this is why I now use:
1) iPhone 11

no headaches. no eye strain
