God granted free will to mankind, his creatures, knowing they would immediately become rebellious, sinful, and god-hating in nature.

All of mankind, who is depraved, deserves justice, which would include eternal seperation from God and hellfire.

But God is not only severe in his justice, He is loving and merciful, and so, to His glory, God elected a people to be redeemed by Christ, who would bear their sin on Judgement Day, so that they can be reborn with a God-loving nature.

God ordained that His creature would of their own free will fall into sin, because even as we mean it for evil, God intends it for good.

Why does God play favorites if he is all about justice? Seems odd that the revelations always end up in the middle east.

He doesn’t. Calvinism is a false gospel created 500 years ago

What’s Calvinism?

Can an ungodly person do good deeds and put kindness into the world through their choices and actions?

Those who want credit for their faith in Christ need only study the fall of Mankind to learn that we are incapable of anything but hate and contempt for God.

We cannot by our own nature come to Christ. Even that requires God's hand. A God-loving nature is a gift from God.

Regeneration before faith.

I’m not convinced of the “knowing they would immediately become rebellious, sinful, and god-hating” part. God responded to sin in order to redeem us, but His creation need not have been entirely pre-determined. That’s your Reformed theology, I understand, which is where other Christian traditions primarily disagree with Reformed theological underpinnings.

Only reason I bring it up here is for others who you’re rightly encouraging to think on these matters know that there is disagreement on bits and pieces of theology here, there’s lots of meat for us to all chew on together, and while we may not all see eye-to-eye on certain details, we’re still agreed upon the need for salvation through our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, who was, and is, and is to come, the only person on whom humanity can hope to be saved from the consequences of our sin and damnation to eternal death.
