These options existed but rarely used, with users only either using the yearly plans or the 1 month plans.
With event archival and NIP-05 being problematic with 1 month renewals (how long should I wait before deleting it?), it was scrapped.

Since Nostr.land supports NIP-05 now and already did event archival, if someone’s account expires I have to delete their NIP-05 and events eventually.
With a 1 month plan, some people let it expire for a long time, and they would complain about losing their data.

For media hosting, month to month and short term makes it complicated. Do we save the media, delete, after how long? Etc.
