My media business has experienced a 50% decline in revenue year-over-year for the past 4 years.
I have very little energy to keep powering this ship..
The sails have holes all throughout them..
The hull is leaking water fast..
And the crew I once had have all abandoned ship..
The only thing keeping me going is that the sunrises the east and sunsets in the west. Because of that fact, I have a true north and I just keep going.

Get down on your knees and pray if you have not started to do this. If you have started, then keep it up. If you don't know what to say then ask God for faith, wisdom and strength.
Nothing fancy. No one needs to hear it. God will know what is in your heart and he will give you the peace of mind to navigate much more effectively.

Having that true north is key though. It's something I honestly don't have working my fiat job. It pays the bills and allows me to stack sats, but my heart's not in it anymore, maybe never was.
Every hour I spend working that isn't aligned with that true north feels like an hour wasted. I hope eventually I'll get to do something I love, but until then, the grass is always greener I guess.

Abandoned my previous FIAT job, swapped to one that gives me the possibility to have more time for me and my personal growth, to do understand more what I love and have time for it, but of courses stacking less sats.
I see net positive after 2yrs of this decision but still feel I haven't reach the land I am looking for and I am working to reach it.
