The receipts don’t lie. That the prosecution dropped those charges is another thing. Not like they needed more life sentences to drop on him

no prosecutor worth his salt would pass up charging a legitimate murder for hire charge. not fair to insinuate anything against ross with that.

Sorry, he sent hundreds of thousand of dollars to fake hitman. Not much better
