Not smoking weed 😅

I'm familiar with his cold plunges and breathing techniques. I had a colleague who did this and he said it changed his life.

I'm 9 days without smoking weed, but still smoke some cigarettes. I do enjoy it less and less.. thanks for sharing 🫂
