Again assuming the thoughts of every single market actor. Maybe some people like collecting beenie babies. They're stupid for thinking they might be worth more in the future but that doesn't mean they are all scammers. Is TY toys a scam? Or are they just a free market actor?

Scams are free market actors. So are assassins. being a part of a free market does not absolve you of the moral implications of what you're doing.

Just because the buyers are ill informed or gambling doesn't make all market sellers scammers.
I'm sure the majority on this case are. But that doesn't have anything to do with Bitcoin or the free market for blockspace.
