Scams are free market actors. So are assassins. being a part of a free market does not absolve you of the moral implications of what you're doing.

Did TY make a shotload of plushies because they were scammers? Or were they just responding to market demand for their beenie babies?
Just because the buyers are ill informed or gambling doesn't make all market sellers scammers.
I'm sure the majority on this case are. But that doesn't have anything to do with Bitcoin or the free market for blockspace.
