Am I a geriatric runner?

Started running like a monthish ago.

First two weeks, I sprained my ankle. Yesterday, I inflamed or teared something in my knee.

Maybe I should just walk 🤷‍♀️

You are too young to be geriatric. Try to work on shorter strides.
