Why don't people just buy bitcoin ? Because they have to buy bonds by law. They are forced to buy bonds. They are also not allowed to buy bitcoin directly.

One day when institutions will be allowed to buy bitcoin directly and not be forced to buy fiat bonds, the mNAV is going to go back to 1.00.
In the meantime, btc treasury companies will outperform bitcoin.
