We said back in the 1970's that all home makers should be given a wage for raising children. We warned about shrinking families, the need for immigration to make up for tax and social security, the conflicts immigration would bring (today's bigots and racists), low wages, no unions etc
Back then right wingers howled that wages for homemakers was communism and nanny state welfare.
Now the same right wingers are howling about migrants, racism, being replaced, invasions at the border.
It's not fiat that created this. It's right wingers and their fucking stupidity for not seeing the world beyond their epic selfishness and their cult like hate for anything looking slightly left wing
