strange, you seem to be missing that juicing may concentrate some good stuff, but what sugar does to the body, especially when concentrated outweighs the good when there are other foods that provide those same vitamins without the sugar is fructose, not glucose. not only unnecessary sugar but harmful sugar.

the notion that fruit is part of daily diet and not the seasonal treat it actually is, is because of marketing. you're shilling for mostly imported crap that's sprayed with who knows what. are you shilling juicers too? that would make a lot of sense.
Haven’t human been preserving and storing fruit forever? It’s a god-send, and yes a treat, but also nothing to compare to processed bleached sugars devoid of any nutrient or mineral value whatsoever.

Glucose
Sucrose
But no, fruit is not very nutrient-dense at all, it's only good for energy. And the only people who can have fruit without it affecting them are those who are metabolically healthy. Currently in the US, that's roughly between 11-12% of the population (a generous guess, that figure I just quoted is from about 8 years ago).
People who have weight to lose don't need to consume any more calories from energy, which can potentially become stored energy rapidly if they don't burn it off (goes directly into fat stores including organ fat stores like the liver, intestines, kidneys, and pancreas, as well as in the peritoneum and omentum).
Those of us who have weight to lose (I am among them, still working on it) have PLENTY of stored energy on our bodies in the form of excess adipose body fat, and even lots of visceral body fat (the type clogging up the areas surrounding our organs, as explained above), and people like that (including me) don't need fruit or any other sugars in the form of starches or grains, period, if they want to get rid of that excess fat.
unfortunately no matter how much I eat, I am severely underweight.

Whole raw milk can help with weight gain. It's what they feed animals (along with grains). Have you access to any?
Purchase and consume it regularly from the neighboring farms literally footsteps away.
But it is very interesting that all the overweight people avoid fruit yet remain overweight. While i consume it and remain underweight ;)
Are you living with these people and seeing their scales? Do you expect them to lose all the weight overnight? Do you know it takes time?

Im not making judgements, rather observations.
There is no one size fits all (no pun intended).
Everyones needs are different.
But to say fruits are bad for you is very problematic.
I already saw that movie way back in like 2015. Juicing is not an ideal way of life, but for many people who do it, the do it as a temporary measure for a few months and go back to the lifestyle they had, or they become more animal-based after realizing that raw plant dietary ways of eating are not offering complete nutrition and even damaging their health.
I didn't say fruit is bad, I literally wrote out a whole-ass mini essay on WHO fruit is FOR, and who it is NOT for.
You are correct that everyone is different, but the bottom line is not every adult is at the same baseline. I cannot eat fruit, and neither can many people (again, it's only about 11% of the population are metabolically healthy and have the ability to tolerate it).
I only talk about things I am knowledgeable about and have experience with. This topic (diabetes, nutrition) is literally something I do as if it were my job, even though I do it for free.
Natural nutrition degree here also don't do it as a career.
Anyway not here to argue.

Berries are actually the lowest in sugar, and I have no problem with them once or twice a year or so when in season, including a strawberry or raspberry here or there. So forgive me for accidentally skipping that, I wasn't intentionally painting a broad brush, I only meant to refer to fruit that's problematic are those with high levels of sugar (all berries and kiwi are very low in sugar).
I wasn't trying to really argue either, but I have to stand up for what I know happens with my body, vs what has been pushed on all of us.
Experience speaks louder than a degree IMO, especially since universities stopped critical thinking decades ago, and their curriculum is on the side of/approved by the tyrannical State, not for the concerns of the health of any student or citizen. And I know that even "holistic/natural" dietary nutrition education is funded/accredited by state department and institutions that are controlled by the State, who accepts interests with big food lobbyists and influences the dept of agriculture, sadly.
It took me less than a year of college to wake up to that fact. 🙏
