I'm not far from living fiatless.
I don't need bank accounts or centralized exchanges.

Can you buy things locally with crypto?
It depends what. Electronics is not a problem at all - the largest Czech seller Alza (local "Amazon") accepts crypto, as does my favorite growing store. Alternatively, there is Amazon.de, where you can buy almost everything with a bitrefill coupon.
Groceries are probably the biggest problem, but even that can be solved through bitrefill, where you can buy a Kaufland coupon. And in restaurants there is sometimes Qerko Pay with Bitcoin support.
It is difficult to avoid a fiat, but in the Czechia it is relatively possible without much discomfort. At worst there is veksl (p2p cash-crypto) and cash :)
I also short fiat a lot
Because I use borrowed stablecoins for my daily expenses
With protocols like Aave or Liquity, it's pretty easy
Well, I liked what you were saying a couple days ago, but I can't be following a shitcoiner. Peace.
Yeah. Fair. I know that for many bitcoiners it is incomprehensible that people can have different needs.
The future is multi-chain whether you like it or not.
No, its not that... Of course the future is multichain. For me it's about what we're fighting for/against. I'm here for the revolution, not the numbers. I don't mind ETH succeeding - I even want it to succeed. Its just not fighting the big fights. Its about focus, clarity, and not allowing anything that comes from me to hinder the things that really matter right now.
I fight for an open and decentralized financial system, decentralized technologies. For freedom, privacy, open-source, free society, voluntarism etc.
I think it's pretty obvious from my posts, and if not, I'd appreciate it if you pointed it out to me. What are you fighting for?
Happy for you man
eth = fiat
