- tons of servers all over the world, easy to switch at will, low latency

Although their IPs do get blocked from quite a few places, which is annoying, but expected.

Not directly, but there are a couple places that resell mullvad credits for lightning

carl dong has a lightning top up proxy vpn.lightning.engineering. it works!
