Try this by mixing nutritional yeast with your milk and make a latte out of it.

Goat cheese seems to pair well with coffee by sharing some of the same aromatic molecules.

Goat milk cappucino if you aren't too adventurer.

Maple butter: yes

Straight up cheese: no

Not the same.
