I didn't need to go that deep, fortunately. Apparently, problems with LVM Thin volumes are common on upgrade. This did the trick:
```
lvconvert --repair pve/media
vgchange -ay
fsck -y /dev/pve/mediaVol
That sounds familiar 😄
