Carnivore is the golden ticket. Most people who criticize it have never tried for any meaningful amount of time (at least a few weeks). Once you do and then goes back to eating “healthy” as I have, you realize that there’s no other way than carnivore, the purer (beef only and water) the better. Give it a whirl for 3 months and then come tell me how screwed up I am.

He did it pure for over a year and now has gone back to whatever works best for his body, still keeping it animal based. And the dude looks like a beast, even though going shirtless through a grocery store is pretty cringe

Carnivore was great as an elimination diet, excellent for putting muscle, but the lack of carbs was punishing to the thyroid, eventually caused chronically elevated cortisol, dysregulated sex hormones, and mineral wasting.

This Samoan chief ate fish, meat, coconut , root vegetables and tropical fruit all year round. He never fasted or limited carbohydrates. He never went to the gym and did little physical work.
