Isn't inciting violence the line even in the US? or is it specific call to violence in an organized fashion?
Discussion
Depends. If you're saying something vague, it should be fine. If you explicitly say you're going to do something violent, that will get you in trouble.
Example : "people should arm themselves, carry concealed weapons, and be ready for anything." - all legal in the US, and this is not expressing criminal intent.
Has to be specific and credible.
You can say “I’m going to fucking murder you” and that’s usually protected speech. Depending on circumstance.
But if you said “I’m going to fucking murder you John smith and I’m going to do it right after you get out of work at the Wendy’s on Cicero ave tomorrow”
Then that’s not.
The sending false or threatening communications. Is for things like bomb scares. If you threaten to blow things up or phone in bomb scares is that free speech in the US?
Bomb threats are illegal. That falls under specific and credible violent speech “False communication” by this he means “misinformation” is not.
