I was thinking the same...what you see in your feed is your choice. You can control it. You are your own algo.
Having said that I think what @nostr:npub1wmr34t36fy03m8hvgl96zl3znndyzyaqhwmwdtshwmtkg03fetaqhjg240 maybe referring in context of bluesky is broader moderation of bad/illegal posts. On Nostr relays can apply their own rules for filtering - but again that is very different model from bluesky - Nostr is much more decentralized.
