Right! The first time I walked into a strawbale structure I couldn’t believe how cooler it was in the heat.
Absolutely. I would do it 100% if I lived in the arid climate. Modified post frame structure, can totally DIY. Slab on grade works well but naught even be able to go over a ICF basement. I did one of those before. 🫡
That would be cool! I’ve only been in <500 sqft SB homes. I would love to see a conventional layout with SB.
