So I sent an on-chain payment with Phoenix of 4MM sats. Miner fees are shown as ~17k sats. On the receiving end I got 3MM sats. The transaction shows the remanining 983k sats going to a script address (starting with 3) and staying there. Can anyone explain what's going on?

Its possible it did some channel splicing under the hood. UI should definitely explain better what's going on.
