(1) season ribeye steak lightly with favorite flavor rub

(2) sous vide to 110 for 2+ hrs

(3) cover LIBERALY in Carnivore rub (link: Hardcore Carnivore Black: charcoal seasoning for steak, beef and BBQ - Large Shaker - https://a.co/d/dnOgsiS

(4) warm Otto Wilde for 3+ minutes

(5) use Otto Wilde to cook (THICK) ribeye steak for 1.5-2.5 minutes on each side

Result is crispy exterior w/medium rare interior.

Just get a $50 charcoal grill. You will make better burgers than whatever turd this $1,000 machine will do.

Burgers also only need coarse salt and fresh cracked pepper. If you need more than that then you have low quality beef. Get high quality 70/30 beef and you'll have the best burgers ever.
