Has anyone else noticed zap amounts have been trending downward? Last week I upped my default zap amount to 2100 to give folks that extra boost. 2 orders of magnitude higher than my old zap amount is still really cheap!

It's good to remind folks once in a while. There's also unit bias - suggesting to set your zaps to one cent per zap would encourage more people to actually do it imo.
I think it mainly comes from the desire to zap more frequently with lower amounts so users don’t drain their wallets too quickly. But fortunately there are some who still zap generously large amounts to help balance that out a bit.
If you zap people 50k sats for a funny meme, you are either extremely generous or bearish on Bitcoin :)

I deposit $10 to my lightning wallet when I pay for my vpn via lightning. What’s left in the wallet I use for zaps during the month.
I’ve noticed most people’s notes haven’t had as many #zaps including my own. Happy to see another Christian bitcoiner here!
