Perhaps with "transfer keys" that could be associated with a profile (and attested to by peers) and later used to send a multisig transfer event should that pubkey become revoked.
We should not. It's not wealth like Bitcoin, it's the ability to publish one's thoughts, so it shouldn't be given to anyone else.
