Any bros here dealt with knee pain? Any reccs?

if you didn’t suffer an acute injury, and it just happened over time, it’s most likely coming from your hips.
Yea i think this is likely it
it’s a long process, but just like stacking sats, if there isn’t structural damage to the bones, or torn ligaments, u can fix ur shit and be almost just as a good as new.
5 years ago my back was done and knees hurt, couldn’t jog half a block, but i move better now that i did as a kid. 🤯
knees over toes guy got me started
Ill check it out, cheers 🤙🏼
Is this from an injury or just started?
I dont think it’s from an injury, just started
Bump to knees over toes and chiropractor. An X-ray of the hips will tell the story.
It's very common for people to have mismatched leg lengths. The shorter leg might be .5 -1cm smaller than the longer leg. The short leg takes a little more load and puts extra stress in the knee. Orthotic inserts or a heel lift in the shorter leg shoe fixes it. Some PT /weights after getting some correction solidifies it.
Gunna check it out, cheers 🤙🏼
