What’s wrong with supporting small scale farmers and eating real food like we have been eating for 200,000 years? Natural selection slowly adapts our morphology to work with environmental change over time. These big changes in short time frames will have dire consequences for our health. The thing to understand is, natural selection after the age of reproduction doesn’t have any effect on the organism, it just ensures we experience early mortality. Homo sapiens had relatively early reproduction compared to total lifespan. That’s problematic for evolutionary processes. It would be less of a problem if we all kept reproducing through our entire lives. Robert Di Nero has the right idea? Lol.
