My first day here, so it's too soon for me to say about nostr. There's no doubt, social media in general are hugely damaging to user's mental health. What specifically do you experience as different here?
Discussion
This is a great question, and I'd love to hear everone else's thoughts as well:
"How is your experience on Nostr different than Twitter?"
I'll start us off:
On Nostr, I know I won't be deplatformed for being "too extreme", so I'm more comfortable letting everything fly that crosses my mind.
This opens up a lot of brainspace to explore new thought pathways, since I no longer have to spend mental resources regulating the things I say.
What have you experienced after switching to Nostr? 👇
I find it more engaging. It’s like group chat on steroids. Less marketing & noise and more signal.
