This is a great question, and I'd love to hear everone else's thoughts as well:

"How is your experience on Nostr different than Twitter?"

I'll start us off:

On Nostr, I know I won't be deplatformed for being "too extreme", so I'm more comfortable letting everything fly that crosses my mind.

This opens up a lot of brainspace to explore new thought pathways, since I no longer have to spend mental resources regulating the things I say.

What have you experienced after switching to Nostr? 👇

Just to add to that point.

For me personally I like the fact that there is no "algorithm" that curates the content I get served in my feed.

I choose my relays, I choose the people I follow and I choose the communities I engage with.

I find it more engaging. It’s like group chat on steroids. Less marketing & noise and more signal.

I'm new here. So far I find it way more nerdy which appeals to me.

Nostr protocol itself seems interesting. I'm thinking of messing with it in a project of mine.

I like how there are different app implementations like twitter clones, blogging, reddit clones, etc.

Idk. Seems chaotic and fun.
