On one side of my family, a cousin just posted that "things keep getting worse" and that "she couldn't be friends with someone who voted for Trump."

On the other side I have a cousin posting gratitude/uplifting/inspirational quotes while trying to orange pill his friends.

Life really is what you make of it.

I just miss my cousin.

Need to reconnect with her.

I am so proud of her for everything that she accomplished and her service to our country. I want to tell her that, but the situation with that side of the family is turbulent. I don't know how to proceed forward for fear of awkward topics in conversation.
