I considered using them but their was too much friction if you not based in the US.

i don't know anyone that uses them either. tough space when other options in the US include Strike, River, and Cash App.

Aimed at newbies and therefore were able to charge a 1% fee for handholding.

I used them once to buy a large amount. Due to a discrepancy in the account numbers on the wire instructions and the number on my profile I thought I had been scammed by a fake website for several hours until I finally got confirmation it went through. Very stressful. I stick with Strike now.
