You’re crushing it. Yea i have plateaued at the gym in the past year so i think i need to increase my protein intake.

Start increasing Whole Foods and switch up your work outs every week. Try not to do the same thing week after week

Dude, I lost 18 pounds in three weeks on a Carnivore diet. It is insane how far disinhibiting leptin signalization and lowering overall Insulin blood levels can get you. I eat 1-2 meals a day and I feel no hunger by bedtime. Everyone should read about it.
