His assistant hmu last minute TONIGHT and asked me to prep stuff that’s completely out of alignment with what we’ve been discussing. Threw me for a loop. So I have a meeting with her in the am BEFORE the actual interview. Oi vey. I WAS prepared.. now anxious. 😂😬😊❤️
Feel like it's a test to either see what you know or how you can scramble on the fly and attack adversity...
Choices are: do your best at it...
Or lean back and decline and say, I know do my best work and my best work is thorough so the deadline for the interview is not reasonable.

It’s all about having a good attitude.
Have examples of prepared of where your excelled in previous leadership/management roles. Maybe go into the details with some numbers like MoM metrics.
Being a executive manager is simply being about being able to give directions and get most out of your team. So maybe provide examples of your produce good work in team settings.
