Good luck!

Thank you!! 😁

none, you got this easy πŸ’œ

Ha! If it was only that simple πŸ₯ΉπŸ€£ Ty πŸ™πŸ»

you wouldn’t be in this situation if you weren’t ready πŸ’œ

His assistant hmu last minute TONIGHT and asked me to prep stuff that’s completely out of alignment with what we’ve been discussing. Threw me for a loop. So I have a meeting with her in the am BEFORE the actual interview. Oi vey. I WAS prepared.. now anxious. πŸ˜‚πŸ˜¬πŸ˜Šβ€οΈ

breathe

you got this

anxious means you care, and that’s a good thing πŸ’œ

I do care. πŸ‘€ haha quite a bit

it’s gonna be the best interview you’ve ever done, calling it now πŸ’œ

Feel like it's a test to either see what you know or how you can scramble on the fly and attack adversity...

Choices are: do your best at it...

Or lean back and decline and say, I know do my best work and my best work is thorough so the deadline for the interview is not reasonable.

πŸ˜βš‘οΈπŸ€™

Haha. You're the heavyweight. Knock em out.

Hahaha yes! You’re so right. I’m going to crush it. I know it like the back of my hand… just over here reminding myself who TF I am. 😎πŸ”₯πŸ‘πŸ»

Good luck Lauren! You got this

πŸ™πŸ» eek! Ty

Just be yourself. You got it!

Ty πŸ₯ΉπŸ˜¬πŸ‘πŸ»

Visualize yourself doing well. And be OK with not getting the job. Then go be your vibrant self ;) Best of luck to you!

Good luck!

Thank you!! πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ˜ŽπŸ«£πŸ™πŸ»

Just be yourself and don’t be nervous. You got this far and that’s saying something.

That’s true… I GOT THIS! πŸ˜ŽπŸ‘πŸ»πŸ”₯

You got this!

It is so βœ¨πŸ™

Nows the time to get aggressive and demand everyone use your pronouns....

🀣 πŸ˜‚πŸ‘€ DONE! 🫑

Be nervous. Lean into it.

Then evaluate how you feel and ask yourself WHY?

Because you want it to go well! Haha.

Then laugh because you've done the work and are just wanting it to go well and are catastrophizing all the worst outcomes. It's natural.

"You get the courage to do something AFTER you do it."

Be confident. βœ…οΈπŸ‘βš‘οΈβœ…οΈπŸ‘βš‘οΈ

Also. Realise you can't control the outcome.

You did all that you could to make it here. So all you can do is show up and swing for the fences. πŸ€™πŸ’―

And I’m aiming over the fences! πŸ˜‚

Sheesh! Needed to hear this. You know what? You’re so right! πŸ”₯

Hell yeah. You've likely been punching above your weight class for a while now. Hitting home runs. (Most of us in BTC have)

You're the "heavyweight" now. And a FIFTH interview? At this point they might have to convince YOU why you should take the job.

Lots of jobs... But only 1 Lauren of Light. 😏

βš‘οΈπŸ€™πŸ’―βš‘οΈπŸ€™πŸ’―βš‘οΈ

Ayeeeee!!! I needed to hear that! Starting to get my swagger back! I’m ready! πŸ”₯πŸ”₯πŸ”₯

It’s all about having a good attitude.

Have examples of prepared of where your excelled in previous leadership/management roles. Maybe go into the details with some numbers like MoM metrics.

Being a executive manager is simply being about being able to give directions and get most out of your team. So maybe provide examples of your produce good work in team settings.

Good luck. πŸ€

you already got it. now choose if you really want it.
