A new one on the same ideologies as the old one. The problem isn't being solved by a new platform coming offering p2p payments to artist directly. The solution can only be a decentralized software easily hostable in one click for people to setup & host as a file sharing software like torrents but strictly for music an easy library of archived music never to be deleted only preserved.
