No, I have no doubt that would help if it were still a bigger problem for me. It's something I can mostly control if I pay attention. I get preoccupied & forget to take a little extra magnesium on schedule sometimes.

The 🍄 if taken correctly for long enough will leave lasting effects.

Could actually cure it over time even when you stop to take it, could make the forgetfulness less painful.
