There are certain people from the past (all of them) who talk to me the way they used to and I do not accept that anymore.

Causes big friction. People are used to an older version of me who had less boundaries. Put up with more bullshit.

Usually easier to just avoid these people entirely.

Been through that situation

same here. boundaries is a sign of maturity and a lesson learned. πŸ‘πŸ‘Œ

Some people never grow up. I cringe anytime I meet up with people from the past and they're still talking like we're teenagers. You're a decade older, show some growth, please.

It’s sad really

Like when you become a manager and the supervisors still think you’re one of the boyz…

People don’t like it when you upset the prior dynamic. Have had that happen a few times also.

Luckily I only met you in April so I’m sure I’m not the problem πŸ˜‰

People change in different directions

Very interesting, I'm planning to come back to my country after 10+ years, and I was wondering about that, and how I would feel.

Massive sign of personal growth. Respect. 🫑

Thanks man

Not to imply that it would be better, but life sure would be easier sometimes if you could pick your family the way you can pick your friends.

It's the same as going back into the matrix when you are no longer plugged in.
