Absolute freedom but all consequences of your choices are entirely yours.

I don't really hear people use that term, so not entirely sure. If I had to guess I would say it is an anarcho-capitalist.

Being able to engage in consensual activities without a threat violence from an outside party.

What nonsense are you on about?

Prioritizing access to opportunity over safety ( or claims of safety ).

People should be able to provide for their basic needs without being taxed (food, shelter, land for agriculture, water, ect.)

Freedom means being able to do whatever I want with the most scarce asset: Time.
