You'll know that you've got nutrition figured out when 87.5% of the food in the supermarket looks inedible...

That first time walking through the grocery store looking at labels for seed oils is eye opening.
Makes a person feel surrounded.
Yea and realizing that Whole Foods had just as much or even more seed oils than other grocery stores. Even that aisle of "healthy" or gluten free packaged stuff is horrible for our bodies. I dare someone to eat
For real, it’s crazy how they play with our minds
Exactly!
I had this experience driving down about 2 miles of main road earlier today. "I don't want to buy the "food" in any of these grocery stores, all these restaurants serve garbage, none of the crap in any of these stores is worth spending money on rather than buying Bitcoin, all this fiat furniture will be broken in a year, etc etc."
I think the percentage may be way higher, as scary as that is to consider...
Yeah even the so called healthy stuff is loaded with shit and food coloring. Really hard to find anything without added shit.
100% and most restaurant food too.
Cook your own food.
Take responsibility.
Just walk around the perimeter and avoid all the crap in the middle 🤣
Or when you only ever visit the butcher 🥩
More like 98% if you ask me. Even "whole" foods like fresh fruit and veges are mostly poisoned.
As a famous Italian physician used to say: "There is also some food at the supermarket"
shop the edges
Can’t go in them now Ken… just rows and rows of poison… 🫣
