IV took creatine for ten years, had a blood test and me kidney levels looked absolutely fucked. Heard high creatinine can be deemed normal with creatine use but still seems a bit sketchy. Iv stopped taking it.

It does have an effect yes. I get regular blood work done and they always ask me if I take creatine supplements because of kidney damage. Especially if you also take other medication, the strain on liver and kidneys might be a bit too much. Not worth it in my opinion.
