It's not a bad position to be in, though 12 hour days can take their toll if doing that for long stretches.
Have you taken on helpers before? I personally suck at managing people, my people skills are abysmal. But if you're good at managing it can really help move shit along.
I used to own a GC business and got in way over my head - I had like 8 full time employees lol.
I also suck at management, so I was trying to keep it small but I just had another real estate company reach out to me today to take on another four buildings and idk if I want to take it on.
I reached out to some other folks I know who Paint so we will see.
I hate managing though because people are garbage lol
