I used to own a GC business and got in way over my head - I had like 8 full time employees lol.
I also suck at management, so I was trying to keep it small but I just had another real estate company reach out to me today to take on another four buildings and idk if I want to take it on.
I reached out to some other folks I know who Paint so we will see.
I hate managing though because people are garbage lol
Wow that's quite a lot to juggle but good on you for getting that set up and running. It isn't until we get to that stage that we learn what our preferences and, capabilities and tolerance levels are truly like.
It's good to have option and seems you've learned well what having too much on one's plate is like. $ building seems like you'd be set for work for a good while yet. Whatever you choose I hope it works out, mate, I like honest workers and think you fit into that category firmly.
People can suck but I'm quite guilty of writing folks off too readily, we should always leave some room for ourselves to be surprised every now and then, or at least try to . 😁
