I haven't made biscuits in years, as the kids prefer scones, but I decided to treat myself.
Makes me all homesick. Served with roast chicken and gravy and buttered peas. I was going to make mashed potatoes, but I had a depressed day and decided to resist the Scone Mafia and go full biscuit.
Always go full biscuit.
I need to work on a more-even rise. Dough was probably slightly too sticky, so that I couldn't cut smoothly.
Need more practice. 😁

Yikes yall were goin full on healthy🤣…hard to beat that way or dippin them in an over easy egg yolk😳…starchy carbs are my heroin…I tell my ol peepl’s doc (a good friend of mine) all the time if he ever tells me to get off the starchy carbs he’s fired🤷🏽♂️
